International Orders – Customs & Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any refund will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law and our returns policy. Where legally permitted, additional return shipping or handling costs arising from refusal may be deducted.
